  • Carefully remove the inside from the shell.

  • Be careful not to touch any of the capacitor leads, or you may receive an electric shock.

  • If the inside sticks to one half of the shell, it's probably due to (a) glue around the edge of the A/C connector, and/or (b) foam glue between the inside and the flat of the shell.

  • Use a heavy duty spudger or other pry tool to pry the edge of the A/C connector from the shell, and carefully pry between the shell and the inside to break the foam glue.

  • Use only ESD-safe pry tools. Do not use metal pry tools or screwdrivers.

  • You may find the metallic sheeting breaks a little; that's okay, but try to minimize the damage!

Quita con cuidado el interior de la carcasa.

Ten cuidado de no tocar ninguno de los cables del condensador, o puedes recibir una descarga eléctrica.

Si el interior se adhiere a la mitad de la carcasa, probablemente se deba a (a) pegamento alrededor del borde del conector de A/C, y/o (b) pegamento de espuma entre el interior y la parte plana de la carcasa.

Usa un spudger de alta resistencia u otra herramienta de palanca para levantar el borde del conector de A/C de la carcasa, y haz palanca con cuidado entre la carcasa y el interior para romper el pegamento de espuma.

Usa solo herramientas de palanca seguras para ESD. No use herramientas de metal o destornilladores.

Es posible que las láminas metálicas se rompan un poco; está bien, ¡pero trata de minimizar el daño!
