Repairing Mercedes W123 Fuel Door Lock Actuator: crwdns2935265:00crwdnd2935265:01crwdnd2935265:01crwdne2935265:0

  • Loosen the two Phillips head screws that hold the actuator in place. They do NOT need to be removed fully, just loosened.

  • Late-style lock actuators may be fastened with 8mm bolts.

  • Once loosened simply push up on the actuator and then push the screws out through the large holes just above them.

  • Once loose from the panel pull the actuator out, away from the front of the car and the lock shaft will pull out of the hole where it enters the fuel filler opening.

  • Disconnect the vacuum "Y" connection from the fuel door lock actuator. At this point you can remove the actuator from the car for inspection.

Löse die beiden Kreuzschlitzschrauben des Stellers. Sie brauchen NICHT ganz entfernt zu werden, lösen genügt.

Jüngere Versionen des Stellers sind mit 8 mm Schrauben befestigt.

Wenn sie lose sind, dann schiebe den Steller einfach nach oben, drücke dann die beiden Schrauben durch die großen Öffnungen.

Wenn der Steller frei ist, kannst du ihn herausholen. Ziehe ihn nach hinten und der Verriegelungsstift kommt aus der Öffnung im Tankverschluss heraus.

Löse den Y-Verbinder vom Vakuumsteller am Tankverschluss ab. Anschließend kannst du den Steller vom Fahrzeug für weitere Untersuchungen entfernen.
