Cut out the patch

  • Use sharp scissors to cut a shape out of the Tenacious Tape® that's large enough to cover the hole and overlap it by at least half an inch (~13 mm) all the way around.

  • Round the corners of the patch because sharp edges tend to get caught and peel up.

  • Check that the patch is cut to the right size.

  • Multiple patches can be overlapped to cover a large tear or a unique shape, like an L. Ensure each patch overlaps by at least half an inch (~13 mm).

Découper le patch adhésif

Utilisez des ciseaux bien aiguisés pour couper dans le Tenacious Tape® une forme suffisamment grande pour que l'accroc soit couvert et qu'il dépasse d'au moins un demi-pouce (~13 mm) sur tout le pourtour.

Arrondissez les coins du patch, car les bords tranchants ont tendance à rester coincés et à se décoller.

Vérifiez que le patch est coupé à la bonne taille.

Plusieurs patchs peuvent être superposés pour couvrir une grande déchirure ou une forme particulière, comme un L. Assurez-vous que chaque patch se chevauche d'au moins un demi-pouce (~13 mm).
