Removing the Battery and Uncovering the Main Board
  • Pop off the plastic back cover to reveal the battery. Use a fingernail to lift up the battery from the top side. Under, you will see the SIM card slot.

  • Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the six screws holding in the back shell.

  • Use a spudger to wedge between the seam of the front and back shell, and wedge the back shell up.
