Display separation prevention

  • In the following steps you will be pulling the display up out of the phone body. The display is composed of a glass screen and a plastic bezel with metal clips.

  • Regardless of the tool you use, you need to be sure you pull up the entire display.

  • If the glass begins to separate from the plastic, as shown in the first image, slide a plastic opening tool between the plastic frame and the metal phone body to pry the metal clips out of the case.

  • If you are reassembling a phone with a separated display bezel, you may want to place a thin strip of adhesive between the plastic bezel and the glass to keep the phone closed.

Evitare il distacco del vetro

Nei passi successivi, tirerai via il display dal corpo del telefono. Il display è composto di uno schermo di vetro e da una cornice di plastica con clip metalliche.

Indipendentemente dall'attrezzo che userai, devi essere sicuro di tirare via l'intero display.

Se il vetro inizia a separarsi dalla plastica, come mostrato nella prima immagine, fai scorrere uno strumento di apertura in plastica tra il telaio in plastica e il corpo in metallo del telefono per staccare dal case le clip metalliche.

Se stai rimontando un telefono con la cornice del display che si è separata, puoi applicare una sottile striscia di adesivo tra la cornice in plastica e il vetro per tenere ben serrato il telefono.
