Tools Required: Flat head screwdriver.

Instructions: 1.Identify the upstream shut-off valve that was closed at the beginning of the procedure.2.Ensure all test ball valve are returned to their closed position.3.Slowly open the upstream valve by turning the handle 90 degrees from perpendicular to parallel with the pipe. 4.Perform a final inspection of all components under full pressure.
