Instruction: 1.Locate the upstream shut-off valve. 2.Identify the valve handle position - when aligned with the pipe, the valve is open (water flowing). 3.Rotate the valve handle 90 degrees (quarter turn) so it's perpendicular to the pipe. 4.Rotate the valve handle 90 degrees (quarter turn) so it's perpendicular to the pipe.
