Identify screws

Locate all of the screws under your laptop securing the bottom plate. You should see ten little black screws under the laptop and one big silver screw in the battery compartment.
It is important to remove the littlest screw in the middle of the plate as it secures the CD/DVD drive which needs to be removed during this process
