  • Fotografiere die Markierung am großen Zahnrad, sie sollte beim Einbau wieder genauso sein.

  • Der Motor wird zwar mit 230 V betrieben, durch Dioden aber nur positive Halbwellen, so dass der Motor nur in eine Richtung dreht. Notiere dir, wie die Anschlusskabel angesteckt sind. Teste später, ob er sich in der richtigen Richtung dreht.

  • Du kannst den Motor mit etwa 25 V Gleichspannung testen. Er sollte sich leicht drehen und etwa 120 mA ziehen. Wenn dies nicht der Fall ist, schaue nach den Kohlen an der Seite. Erst dann solltest du an einen Austausch denken.

  • Eventuelle Halterungen - hier die schwarze Gummimanschette - musst du auf das Neuteil übertragen.

  • Der Sensor zur Drehzahlmessung lässt sich nur von der Innenseite her abschieben. Du musst deswegen seinen Stecker an der Hauptplatine abziehen und die Kabel freilegen.
