    Use this guide to replace the heat sink in your MacBook Pro 14" 2021.
    Replacing the heat sink requires you to remove the entire logic board.

    You will need replacement thermal paste to complete this repair.

      ロジックボードを裏返して、ヒートシンクを上向きにします。

      ピンセットもしくは指で、ヒートシンクのブラケットを固定しているネジを外します。

      指でロジックボードヒートシンクを持ち上げて、ヒートシンクから外します。
