Remove the trackpad

  • Swing the display open slightly, but keep the MacBook upside-down. The trackpad should separate and lay flat on the display.

  • As you remove the trackpad, be very careful not to lose the six small metal washers resting on the screw posts. (They will fly off and get lost with very little provocation.)

  • Carefully feed the trackpad's ribbon cable through its slot in the frame.

Retirer le pavé tactile

Ouvrez légèrement l'écran en le faisant pivoter, mais gardez le MacBook à l'envers. L'ensemble du pavé tactile devrait se séparer et se poser à plat sur l'écran.

Lorsque vous retirez l'ensemble du pavé tactile, faites très attention à ne pas perdre les neuf petites rondelles métalliques qui se trouvent sur les montants des vis. (Elles tombent et se perdent très facilement).

Faites soigneusement passer la nappe du pavé tactile à travers sa fente dans le châssis.
