Cut a 10 inch or 250mm length of replacement tubing and work it through the pump. It can be done without any dis-assembly. Turn the pump rollers until one is just about to pinch the tube. Push the tube up to the next roller. Keep pushing on the tube and turn the rollers until you can grab the end of the tube and pull it through.
