A Picture of the Problem
  • This shows the pump removed from the Scooba for Troubleshooting. The two white rings on the inlet and outlet lines at the Scooba are part of the gasket on the pump. The Scooba will now leak when it runs.

  • There are two rollers that "massage" a tube to pump fluid. A roller will pinch the tube and can cause the tube walls to stick and effectively block the pump. People will sometimes try to "prime" the pump by forcing fluid into the Scooba where the tank connects to the Scooba. This can separate one of the ends of the pump. You'll hear a "Pop".
