Remove the heat sink

  • Lift and remove the heat sink.

  • During reassembly:

  • Check if your replacement heat sink comes with thermal paste pre‑installed on the bottom. If it does, do not apply new thermal paste.

  • Follow this guide to clean the CPU and apply new thermal paste.

  • If you're reusing the heat sink, make sure to clean it as well.

Rimuovi il dissipatore di calore

Solleva e rimuovi il dissipatore di calore.

Durante il rimontaggio:

Verifica se il dissipatore di calore sostitutivo è dotato di pasta termica preinstallata sul fondo. In tal caso, non applicare nuova pasta termica.

Segui questa guida per pulire la CPU e applicare nuova pasta termica.

Se si riutilizzi il dissipatore di calore, assicurati di pulirlo accuratamente.
