Pry up the heat sink

  • Be very careful not to pry on or damage any of the delicate surface‑mounted components around the heat sink.

  • Use the flat end of a spudger to pry up the top edge of the heat sink.

  • Thermal paste bonds the heat sink to the CPU. Depending on the age of your device and condition of the thermal paste, this may take some force. Pull up with constant, steady force to peel the heat sink away from the board.

Solleva il dissipatore di calore

Fai molta attenzione a non staccare o danneggiare i delicati componenti montati sulla superficie attorno al dissipatore di calore.

Usa l'estremità piatta di uno spudger per staccare il bordo superiore del dissipatore di calore.

La pasta termica tiene insieme il dissipatore di calore e la CPU. A seconda di quanto è vecchio il dispositivo e di come sta la pasta termica, potrebbe servire un po' di forza. Tira con forza costante e decisa per staccare il dissipatore di calore dalla scheda.
