Prepare the patch

  • Lay your garment on a flat surface.

  • Draw a line around the bottle lid to use it as a guide.

  • Note: In this example, we chose the lid because it was at least 1cm larger than the hole on each side. For future patching, please keep this margin in mind.

Patch vorbereiten

Lege das Kleidungsstück auf eine ebene Fläche.

Zeichne eine Linie um den Flaschendeckel, um ihn als Orientierung zu verwenden. (Bild 2)

Hinweis: In diesem Beispiel haben wir den Deckel gewählt, weil er auf jeder Seite mindestens 1 cm größer war als das Loch. Behalte bei künftigen Flickarbeiten diesen Spielraum im Hinterkopf.
