Soldering iron safety precautions

  • Never hold the soldering iron past the grip. Touching the metal soldering tip while the Touch-Safe Indicator LED is orange or purple can cause severe burns. Always assume the tip is hot.

  • Never leave the soldering iron unattended while the power switch is in the orange ON position.

  • To be safe, keep the cap on your iron when not in use. The inside of the cap is heat-resistant and can be used to cover your iron, even when hot.

はんだごての安全対策

グリップより先端部分には絶対に触れないでください。 タッチセーフインジケーターのLEDがオレンジ色または紫色のときに金属製の半田付け用ヒントに触れると、重度の火傷を負う可能性があります。 常にこて先が熱くなっていると想定してください

電源スイッチがオレンジ色の「ON」の位置にある間は、半田ごてを絶対に放置しないでください。

安全のため、使用していないときは、半田ごてにキャップをしておいてください。 キャップの内側は耐熱性があり、半田ごてが熱い場合でも、半田ごてを覆うために使用できます。
