Remove mirror actuator lever

Remove one X mm flat head shoulder screw.
You may need to hold this screw in the mirror box in place while unscrewing.
Note and remove two shim washers.
Installation Note: It may be easier to install the actuator lever with the main spring removed. It can be installed after the screw is in place.
