  • Lift the camera board out of the outer case, minding the cable attaching it to the logic board.

  • Disconnect the camera board by pulling its connector away from the socket on the camera board.

  • Before reinstallation, be sure that the thermal putty applied to the camera's heat sink is thick enough to make contact with the outer case.

Hebe die Kameraplatine aus dem äußeren Gehäuse. Denke dabei an das Kabel, mit dem sie noch am Logic Board angeschlossen ist.

Ziehe den Stecker auf der Kameraplatine weg vom Sockel auf der Platine.

Bevor du sie wieder einbaust, musst du sicher sein, dass die Wärmeleitpaste des Kühlkörpers der Kamera dick genug aufgebracht ist, so dass sie in Kontakt mit dem äußeren Gehäuse kommen kann.
