Flash and re-install the firmware of TCA Quadrant

Connect to PC while holding the button

Keep holding the button and connect the Quadrant to USB port of your PC.
Once connected, wait a few seconds and let go of the button.
You must connect directly to USB port of your PC. It will not work if you connect it to USB port of your Yoke.
