Fold your phone and turn it so the flip battery is facing up.
Pull up on alternating sides of the pull tab to slice through the adhesive on the upper half of the flip battery, stopping once you get to the top edge.
Try to not lose one of the sides of the pull tab under the battery. If you do, don't worry! Move to the next step for an alternate method to remove the battery.
