Secure the phone to your work surface

  • Since the battery pull tabs require two hands, you'll need to firmly secure the phone to your work surface.

  • Before securing your phone, make sure nothing is under it. Only secure the phone by the raised lip of the frame, and be very careful not to press down on any internal components.

  • Move the pull tabs out from under your phone so they're accessible.

  • Use F‑Clamps or C‑Clamps to secure the phone to your work surface. At minimum, you'll need two clamps—one for the top edge and one for the bottom edge.

  • Use clamps with plastic or rubber pads, or be extra careful not to scuff your device.

  • If you don't have any clamps, have a friend hold the phone firmly in place.

  • Make sure to follow ESD precautions when securing the phone.

デバイスを作業台に固定する

バッテリーのプルタブには両手が必要なため、デバイスを作業台にしっかりと固定する必要があります。

固定する前に、デバイスの下に何もないことを確認してください。また、内部部品を押さないように注意してください。

プルタブをデバイスの下から取り出し、アクセスできるようにします。

FクランプまたはCクランプを使って、デバイス本体を作業面に固定します。最低でも、上端用と下端用の2つのクランプが必要です。

クランプはプラスチック製かゴム製のパッドを使うか、デバイスを傷つけないよう十分注意してください。

クランプがない場合は、友人に助けを呼んで、しっかりと固定してもらいましょう。

デバイスを固定する際は、ESD(静電気放電)に関する注意事項に従ってください。
