Create a gap

  • The iFlex or similar tool only needs to be inserted just enough to create a small gap between the glass and the display panel. If inserted too far, it may damage the front-facing camera.

  • Apply a suction handle to the center of the screen's top edge, as close to the edge as possible.

  • Insert the iFlex or similar tool at a downward angle in the notch between the top edge of the front glass and frame.

  • Use strong, steady force to pry up the glass with the suction handle while gently pushing the iFlex between the glass and the display panel.

  • The front glass will peel away from the display panel, causing it to appear discolored. This is normal. You will remove the display panel in a later step.

Crea un espacio

Solo es necesario insertar el iFlex o una herramienta similar lo suficiente para crear un pequeño espacio entre el vidrio y el panel de la pantalla. Si se inserta demasiado, puede dañar la cámara frontal.

Coloca una ventosa en el centro del borde superior de la pantalla, lo más cerca posible del borde.

Inserta el iFlex o una herramienta similar en un ángulo hacia abajo en la muesca entre el borde superior del vidrio frontal y el marco.

Usa una fuerza firme y constante para levantar el vidrio con la ventosa mientras empuja suavemente el iFlex entre el vidrio y el panel de la pantalla.

El vidrio frontal se desprenderá del panel de la pantalla, lo que hará que se vea descolorido. Esto es normal. Quitarás el panel de la pantalla en un paso posterior.
