Adjusting Leaflet Assembly

  • Leaflet Magzine

  • The leaflet magazine holds stacks of folded leaflet. The guide keeps the leaflets from falling out of the magazine by adjustable side and top guide. When the leaflet level sensor is no longer blocked, a low-leaflet supply message will appear on the HMI and the warning light will illuminate to alert the operator to stack cartons on the magazine

  • Based on the leaflet width and height of the Leaflet magazine must be adjusted with the help of the following steps:

  • Remove all leaflet from the magazine.

  • Loosen the fasteners at the sides of leaflet magazine & slide magazine guide left-right for adjustment as per leaflet size.

Ajuste del conjunto de folletos

Cargador de folletos

El cargador de folletos contiene pilas de folletos plegados. La guía lateral y superior ajustables evitan que los folletos se caigan.

Cuando el sensor de nivel de folletos ya no esté bloqueado, aparecerá un mensaje de bajo suministro de folletos en la HMI y se encenderá la luz de advertencia para avisar al operador que debe apilar cajas en el cargador.

Según el ancho y la altura del folleto, el cargador de folletos debe ajustarse siguiendo estos pasos:

Retira todos los folletos del cargador.

Afloja los sujetadores laterales del cargador de folletos y desliza la guía del cargador de izquierda a derecha para ajustarlo según el tamaño del folleto.
