Adjusting Carton Drive

  • Carton Drive: The carton drive is the main drive of the machine where the carton picked by rotary pickup system is placed for further operations such as product insertion, tucking and coding.

  • Width of carton drive is required to be adjusted as per size of respective carton.

  • To adjust the width of carton drive we need to rotate adjusting screw shown by arrow in fig.

  • for increasing width rotate it clockwise and vice versa.

Ajuste del accionamiento de la caja

Accionamiento de la caja: El accionamiento de la caja es el principal de la máquina, donde se coloca la caja, recogida por el sistema de recogida rotativa, para operaciones posteriores como la inserción, el plegado y la codificación del producto.

El ancho del accionamiento de la caja debe ajustarse según el tamaño de la caja.

Para ajustar el ancho del accionamiento de la caja, gira el tornillo de ajuste que se muestra con una flecha en la figura.

Para aumentar el ancho, gíralo en sentido horario y viceversa.
