Prepare the new cells

Prepare the cells by cutting off the supplied connector from each (if supplied with one).
For safety, to avoid short circuiting the cells, be sure to cut each wire individually.
Stagger the cuts so the remaining wires are different lengths and less likely to touch each other during the assembly of the pack.
