Remove the earpiece speaker

Insert the tip of your angled tweezers underneath the earpiece speaker and gently pry it up to separate the adhesive.
Lift the earpiece speaker out of the phone.
If your replacement earpiece speaker does not include new adhesive, use 1 mm strips of thin, double-sided tape instead. Ensure all the old adhesive is removed thoroughly.
