No problems! Icebug's BUGrip technology is designed so that you will have a good grip even if you drop one or even a pair of studs per shoe. If, on the other hand, you lose more, you should add new ones - and you can easily do it yourself.

You can order the studs free of charge from Icebug's customer services. Email Icebug at [link|mailto:info@icebug.se|info@icebug.se|new_window=true] stating which shoe model you have. Send along photos showing the shoes in full and a clear image of the outsoles. Tell us how many studs you are missing, and to which address you want them sent.

With the help of the photos, we decide if it is worth sending out replacement studs. If too many are missing, or the shoes are too old or worn, it is not certain that the grip can be restored.

We will send your new studs shortly and you will then easily mount them there with elastic glue (for example RubberFix or Shoe Goo) and pliers.

Geen probleem! De BUGrip-technologie van Icebug is ontworpen zodat je nog steeds goed grip hebt, zelfs als je één of zelfs een paar studs per schoen verliest. Als je echter meer studs verliest, moet je nieuwe toevoegen – en dat kun je gemakkelijk zelf doen.

Je kunt de studs kosteloos bestellen via de klantenservice van Icebug. Stuur een e-mail naar Icebug op [link|mailto:info@icebug.se|info@icebug.se|new_window=true] en geef aan welk schoenmodel je hebt. Voeg foto's bij van de schoenen in hun geheel en een duidelijke afbeelding van de buitenzolen. Geef aan hoeveel studs je mist en naar welk adres je ze gestuurd wilt krijgen.

Met de foto's beoordelen we of het de moeite waard is om vervangende studs te sturen. Als er te veel studs missen, of de schoenen zijn te oud of versleten, is het mogelijk dat de grip niet volledig hersteld kan worden.

We sturen je nieuwe studs zo snel mogelijk en je kunt ze eenvoudig zelf bevestigen met elastische lijm (bijvoorbeeld RubberFix of Shoe Goo) en een tang.
