No problems! Icebug's BUGrip technology is designed so that you will have a good grip even if you drop one or even a pair of studs per shoe. If, on the other hand, you lose more, you should add new ones - and you can easily do it yourself.

You can order the studs free of charge from Icebug's customer services. Email Icebug at [link|mailto:info@icebug.se|info@icebug.se|new_window=true] stating which shoe model you have. Send along photos showing the shoes in full and a clear image of the outsoles. Tell us how many studs you are missing, and to which address you want them sent.

With the help of the photos, we decide if it is worth sending out replacement studs. If too many are missing, or the shoes are too old or worn, it is not certain that the grip can be restored.

We will send your new studs shortly and you will then easily mount them there with elastic glue (for example RubberFix or Shoe Goo) and pliers.

Kein Problem! Die BUGrip-Technologie von Icebug ist so konzipiert, dass Du einen guten Halt hast, auch wenn Du einen oder sogar mehrere Stollen pro Schuh verlierst. Wenn Du hingegen mehr verlierst, solltest Du neue hinzufügen - und das kannst Du ganz einfach selbst tun.

Die Spikes kannst Du kostenlos beim Icebug-Kundendienst bestellen. Schicke hierfür eine E-Mail an Icebug unter [link|mailto:info@icebug.se|info@icebug.se|new_window=true] und gib an, welches Schuhmodell Du hast. Schicke uns Fotos, auf denen die Schuhe vollständig zu sehen sind, sowie ein deutliches Bild der Laufsohlen. Teile uns mit, wie viele Stollen Du verloren hast und an welche Adresse Du sie geschickt haben möchten.

Anhand der Fotos entscheiden wir, ob es sich lohnt, Ersatzstollen zu versenden. Wenn zu viele Stollen fehlen oder die Schuhe zu alt oder abgenutzt sind, ist es nicht sicher, dass der Grip wiederhergestellt werden kann.

Wir schicken Dir die neuen Stollen in Kürze zu, die Du dann mit elastischem Kleber (z.B. RubberFix oder Shoe Goo) und einer Zange leicht anbringen kannst.
