Once the new battery is installed, place the case bottom plate flatly on the rest of the laptop.

Press down around the edges of the bottom plate to secure the plastic retaining clips again. Once you no longer hear any clicking when pressing down around the edges of the bottom plate, the retaining clips are secured.

Reinstall the two M2.5 screws in their holes towards the rear of the laptop case, and then reapply the rubber feet.
