Remove the cylindrical rotating part

  • Pry off the 4 screw covers and unscrew the cover of the cylindrical rotating piece. (Please excuse the photo I took after putting everything back together)

  • Remove the short pin in the center, the long thin pin holding down the lid release slider, and the lid release slider. Keep these small pieces safe.

  • Pull off the rotating cylindrical piece by releasing it from the clips on either side. Watch out for the grease in the areas that get clipped in, as they attract dust and hair. If needed, you can clean the old grease and put on new grease when reassembling.

Retire la parte giratoria cilíndrica

Quite las 4 tapas de los tornillos y desatornille la tapa de la pieza giratoria cilíndrica. (Disculpen la foto que tomé después de volver a montar todo).

Retire el pasador corto del centro, el pasador largo y delgado que sujeta el deslizador de apertura de la tapa y el deslizador de apertura de la tapa. Guarde estas piezas pequeñas en un lugar seguro.

Retire la pieza cilíndrica giratoria soltándola de los clips laterales. Tenga cuidado con la grasa en las zonas enganchadas, ya que atrae polvo y cabello. Si es necesario, puede limpiar la grasa usada y aplicar grasa nueva al volver a ensamblar.
