  • Unplug the keyboard from the power source.

  • Flip the keyboard over so the bottom is facing up.

  • Make sure to unplug the keyboard as this is a necessary step to follow this guide safely.

  • Use a Phillips #0 screwdriver to remove eleven long screws from the back case.

  • Long screws are located on the outer edges of the back of the frame. A long-neck Phillips #0 screwdriver is recommended for these screws.

  • Use a Phillips #0 screwdriver to remove 27 short screws from the back of the keyboard.

  • There should be a total of 38 screws:11 long screws (indicated in red) and 27 short screws (indicated in orange).
