Desoldering switches and soldering
  • At this stage, you should have the PCB separated from the housing.

  • Desolder the two mouse switches as labeled on the second photo.

  • As the Kailh Red Mute switches only have two legs, they use only the first two holes in the PCB.

  • The third photo shows the new switches soldered onto the PCB. The switches should be aligned as shown.

  • Solder the new switches onto the PCB
