Remove the horizontal scroll wheel assembly

  • Removing the horizontal scroll wheel assembly is tricky and may take a few tries—be patient and work slowly.

  • Firmly secure the top shell with one hand.

  • Use your free hand to rotate the horizontal scroll wheel assembly away from the shell and lift to remove it.

  • During reassembly:

  • Make sure the cables in the center of the shell are out of the way so they don't get trapped under the horizontal scroll wheel assembly.

  • Put the assembly back into place so the horizontal scroll wheel and side buttons go into their slots and the plastic housing's circular cutouts go over their pegs.

Verwijder de horizontale muiswielmodule

Het verwijderen van de horizontale muiswielmodule kan lastig zijn en meerdere pogingen kosten. Ga voorzichtig te werk en wees geduldig.

Pak de bovenste behuizing stevig vast.

Gebruik je andere hand om de horizontale muiswielmodule van de behuizing weg te trekken. Trek de module vervolgens omhoog om te verwijderen.

Bij het weer in elkaar zetten van je muis:

Zorg je dat de kabels in het midden van de behuizing niet in de weg liggen zodat ze niet onder de horizontale muiswielmodule klem komen te zitten.

Plaats je de module zo terug dat het horizontale muiswiel en de zijknoppen in de juiste inkepingen vallen en de ronde uitsnedes van de plastic behuizing over de pinnen vallen.
