Disconnect the horizontal scroll wheel assembly

  • Lay the top shell upside down on your work surface.

  • Use the flat end of a spudger to push out the plastic latch on the connector near the right side of the shell.

  • You should feel the latch pop into the unlocked position. Don't push too far, or the latch may come completely off the connector.

  • Use tweezers or your fingers to gently pull the cable straight up and out of its socket.

  • The cable should come out easily. If you feel any resistance, push the latch out a little more and try again.

Koppel de horizontale muiswielmodule los

Leg de bovenste behuizing ondersteboven naast de rest van de muis.

Gebruik de platte kant van je spudger om de plastic lip op het contact naar buiten te duwen.

Als het goed is voel je de lip klikken als deze ontgrendeld wordt. Duw de lip ook niet te ver naar buiten om te voorkomen dat deze uit het contact valt.

Gebruik een pincet of je vingers om de kabel rustig omhoog en uit het contact te trekken.

De kabel zou gemakkelijk los moeten komen. Als je op enige weerstand stuit, trek je de lip iets verder naar buiten en probeer je de kabel nog eens los te koppelen.
