Loosen the joystick brackets
  • Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the four 6.5 mm‑long screws (two on each side) securing the two joystick brackets to the Portal.

  • These screws can be tight. Brace the Portal with your hand and apply strong pressure to the screwdriver. You can also try using a JIS #00 screwdriver to get a better grip on these screws.
