Remove the 4 screws and take off the black frame.

Insert two 5mm pins, e.g. two M5 screws or two thick nails, into the two opposite holes.

Carefully mask off the shaft, then grind it off with the angle grinder.

There is a piece of rubber in the mixer's coupling that can be easily lifted out with a pointed object. This allows the shaft of the mixing container to extend further in and does not need to be shortened (or only very slightly).
