Change the VCOM number

  • On your computer, use a text editor to create a .txt file named vcom with only the desired VCOM number (including the negative symbol and the x1000 multiplication).

  • For example, if the VCOM number on the replacement screen is -2.89, the file should say exactly -2890.

  • Find the drive called KOBOeReader and open it.

  • Move the vcom file into the drive.

Pas het VCOM-nummer aan

Gebruik op je computer een tekstverwerker om een .txt-bestand aan te maken dat je vcom noemt en dat alleen het juist VCOM-nummer bevat (inclusief het minteken en de vermenigvuldiging met 1000).

Bijvoorbeeld: als het VCOM-nummer op je nieuwe scherm -2.89 is, zal het bestand -2890 heten.

Vind de schijf die KOBOeReader heet en open de schijf.

Verplaats het vcom-bestand naar de Kobo-schijf.
