Disconnect the display cable

  • Use blunt nose tweezers to grip the corner of the display cable closest to the charging port.

  • Pull the cable away from the ZIF connector slowly and steadily at a level angle to separate the coating at the corner.

  • If you're having trouble, try rocking the cable side-to-side while pulling.

  • Gripping the tweezers closer to the tip can help with getting a tighter hold on the cable.

Débrancher la nappe de l'écran liseuse Kobo Clara

Utilisez une pincette arrondie pour saisir le côté de la nappe de l'écran le plus proche du port de charge.

Tirez lentement et régulièrement sur la nappe pour l'éloigner du connecteur ZIF, en l'inclinant à un angle constant, afin de décoller le revêtement de ce côté.

Si vous avez du mal, essayez de faire jouer la nappe d'un côté à l’autre (mais non de haut en bas), tout en la tirant.

Tenir la pincette au plus près de la pointe peut vous donner une prise plus ferme sur la nappe.
