The other side of the PCB

If you had water intrusion and you want to get access to the other side of the PCB you will have desolder all 4 contact points
It might be difficult soldering them back together as the gap between the pcb and metal frame is just long enough that sometimes solder just stays on both pieces without connecting
In that case I would suggest using wick to bridge the gap
