Run System File Checker

  • A window with some text and a blinking cursor should appear. Type sfc /scannow and press enter.

  • SFC checks system files against presumed good ones cached on your drive. Verification progress is displayed as it works through all files.

  • If you are in Windows Recovery, use sfc /scannow /offbootdir=C: /offwindir=C:\Windows\ instead. Replace C with the letter of wour Windows drive. If you don't know, assume it is C.

  • Once complete, a brief readout of the results will be shown. If errors were found, status of the repair is also noted.

Systeembestandscontrole uitvoeren

Er zou een venster met wat tekst en een knipperende cursor moeten verschijnen. Typ sfc /scannow en druk op enter.

SFC controleert systeembestanden tegen veronderstelde goede bestanden die op uw schijf zijn gecached. De voortgang van de verificatie wordt weergegeven terwijl het alle bestanden doorloopt.

Als u zich in Windows Recovery bevindt, gebruikt u sfc /scannow /offbootdir=C: /offwindir=C:\Windows\. Vervang C door de letter van uw Windows-station. Als u het niet weet, neem dan aan dat het C is.

Zodra het voltooid is, wordt een korte uitlezing van de resultaten getoond. Als er fouten zijn gevonden, wordt ook de status van de reparatie genoteerd.
