Remove the buttons

Use tweezers or your fingers to remove the action buttons and D-Pad.
You can also carefully flip your device over to remove the buttons. But be careful, the buttons can easily eject!
During reassembly, use the alignment tabs to orient each button into its recess. Each one is keyed specifically for its recess and proper orientation.
