Using your thumb and forefinger, grip the flat sides of the wheel and pull it out.
If the wheel is stuck, you can use a spudger to pry the caster out.
When reinstalling, the wheel should click into place. Before restarting the ionvac, try spinning the wheel with your finger to test its movement.
