Replace Heat Sink Thermal Pads

  • Remove the old thermal pads and clean the heat sink with 90% isopropyl alcohol

  • Using the 1.0 mm thermal pad, place three strips, measured at 9 cm x 1.3 cm, along the heat sink as outlined in red

  • Using the 2.0 mm thermal pad, place one strip, measured at 9 cm x 1.3 cm, along the heat sink as outlined in green

Sostituisci i pad termici del dissipatore di calore.

Rimuovi i vecchi pad termici e pulisci il dissipatore di calore con alcool isopropilico al 90%.

Utilizzando il pad termico da 1,0 mm, posiziona tre strisce, misurate 9 cm x 1,3 cm, lungo il dissipatore di calore come indicato in rosso.

Utilizzando il pad termico da 2,0 mm, posiziona una striscia misurata 9 cm x 1,3 cm, lungo il dissipatore di calore come indicato in verde.
