Replace VRAM Thermal Pads

  • Remove the old thermal pads and clean the VRAM chips with 90% isopropyl alcohol

  • Using the 0.5 mm thermal pad, place one strip, measured at 6 cm x 1.5 cm along the top VRAM

  • Using the 0.5 mm thermal pad, place two strips, measured at 3 cm x 1.5 cm along the VRAM on either side of the CPU

Ersetzen der VRAM-Wärmeleitpads

Entferne die VRAM-Wärmeleitpads. Oft kannst du sie einfach abziehen.

Reinige die Stellen, an der die Wärmeleitpads waren mit Isopropanol.

Du brauchst Wärmeleitpads mit diesen Maßen: 0,5mm x 60mm x 15mm sowie 0,5mm x 30mm x 15mm (Höhe x Länge x Breite).

Platziere das längere Wärmeleitpad auf die VRAM-Chips oberhalb des Prozessors.

Platziere die anderen beiden Wärmeleitpads parallel zueinander auf die restlichen VRAM-Chips neben dem Prozessor.
