  • Erstelle einen neuen unteren Mitnehmer mit dem 3D-Drucker. Drucke auch gleich die beiden Einpresswerkzeuge (Bild 2) aus.

  • Der neue Mitnehmer hat weniger Schlitze, funktioniert aber genauso gut.

  • Fette die Achse leicht mit lebensmittelechtem Silikonfett ein und schiebe sie ein.

  • Achte auf die Unterlegscheiben: ganz oben erst die kleinere Metallscheibe, dann die etwas größere schwarze Kunststoffscheibe gefolgt von der flachen Scheibe. Unten liegt auf dem Mitnehmer nur die Metallscheibe auf

  • Setze den neuen Mitnehmer auf.

  • Setze oben und unten die beiden Einpresswerkzeuge (oder ein geeignetes Stück Holz) auf und drücke den Mitnehmer mit einer Schraubzwinge wieder fest. Er muss noch ein ganz leichtes Spiel haben, damit sich die Welle noch gut drehen kann.

Create a new lower coupler with the 3D printer. Print out the two press-fit tools (Picture 2) at the same time.

The new coupler has fewer slots, but works just as well.

Lightly grease the axle with food-safe silicone grease and push it in.

Pay attention to the washers: first the smaller metal washer at the top, followed by the black plastic washer and then the slightly larger plastic washer. At the bottom, only the metal washer rests on the coupler.

Fit the new coupler.

Place the two press-fit tools (or a suitable piece of wood) on the top and bottom and press the driver tight with a screw clamp. It must still have a very slight amount of play so that the shaft can still rotate easily.
