Slice the adhesive

  • Reapply the iOpener to the upper left corner of the iPad for at least 2 minutes, spanning from the opening pick to the front facing camera.

  • Use an opening pick or halberd spudger and slide along the upper left edge of the iPad to slice the adhesive.

  • If the slicing becomes difficult, reheat the edge and try again.

  • Don't insert your slicing tool deeper than 3–4 mm, or you risk permanently damaging the display panel.

Kleber auftrennen

Lege den iOpener nochmals mindestens zwei Minuten lang auf die obere linke Ecke des iPads, er sollte vom Plektrum aus bis zur Frontkamera reichen.

Nimm einen Hellebarden-Spudger oder ein Plektrum und schiebe das Werkzeug zum Auftrennen des Klebers an der oberen linken Kante entlang.

Wenn es schwergängig wird, dann erwärme die Kante nochmals und versuche es erneut.

Setze das Werkzeug nicht tiefer als 3 - 4 mm ein, du riskierst sonst einen dauerhaften Schaden am Display.
