Tape over a cracked screen

  • If your display is badly cracked, covering it with a layer of clear packing tape may allow the suction cup to adhere. Alternatively, very strong tape may be used instead of the suction cup. If all else fails, you can superglue the suction cup to the broken screen.

  • Do your best to follow the rest of the guide as described. However, once the glass is broken, it will likely continue to crack as you work, and you may need to use a metal prying tool to scoop the glass out.

  • Wear eye protection. The glass may break, sending pieces flying.

Display mit Klebeband überkleben

Wenn das Display stark gesplittert ist, haftet der Saugheber vielleicht besser, wenn du das Display mit durchsichtigem Klebeband überklebst. Du kannst auch statt eines Saughebers besonders starkes Klebeband verwenden. Wenn das alles nicht hilft, dann klebe den Saugheber mit Sekundenkleber am Display fest.

Folge der Anleitung so gut wie möglich. Wenn allerdings das Glas gerissen ist, wird es wahrscheinlich weiter brechen und du musst die Splitter mit einem Metallwerkzeug herausholen.

Trage eine Schutzbrille. Wenn das Glas bricht, können Splitter herumfliegen.
