Slice the adhesive

  • Reheat your iOpener and apply it to the top edge of the device for at least 2 minutes.

  • Insert an opening pick or a halberd spudger just past the front-facing camera.

  • Use your cutting tool to slice the remaining adhesive underneath the top edge of your device.

  • Don't insert your slicing tool deeper than 2 mm, or you risk permanently damaging the display panel.

  • If the slicing becomes hard, reheat the edge and try again.

Kleber auftrennen

Lege den erwärmten iOpener nochmals mindestens zwei Minuten lang auf die Oberkante des Gerätes.

Setze einen Hellebarden-Spudger oder ein Plektrum direkt nach der Frontkamera ein.

Schiebe das Werkzeug zum Auftrennen des restlichen Klebers an der Oberkante entlang.

Setze das Werkzeug nicht tiefer als 2 mm ein, du riskierst sonst einen dauerhaften Schaden am Display.

Wenn es schwergängig wird, dann erwärme die Kante nochmals und versuche es erneut.
