Heat the left edge

  • Apply a heated iOpener to the left edge of the screen to loosen the adhesive underneath. Apply the iOpener for at least 5 minutes.

  • A hair dryer, heat gun, or hot plate may also be used, but be careful not to overheat the device.

  • The display adhesive of the iPad is strong and the glass breaks easily. You need to reheat and reapply the iOpener in each section several times during the display removal.

Calentar el borde izquierdo

Aplica un iOpener caliente en el borde izquierdo de la pantalla para soltar el adhesivo. Deja el iOpener puesto durante al menos 5 minutos.

También puedes usar un secador de pelo, una pistola de calor o una placa calefactora, pero ten cuidado de no sobrecalentar el dispositivo.

El adhesivo de la pantalla del iPad es fuerte y el cristal se rompe con facilidad. Debes recalentar y volver a aplicar el iOpener en cada sección varias veces durante el proceso de extracción de la pantalla.
